To get a train quote, simply fill out our "Train Enquiry Form" with your starting station, destination, travel date, and preferred class (e.g., Sleeper, 3AC, 2AC). Once we receive your request, our team will check the latest seat availability and fares on IRCTC and contact you with the best options.
Yes! We can assist with Tatkal and Premium Tatkal enquiries. Since Tatkal windows open at specific times (10:00 AM for AC and 11:00 AM for Sleeper), we recommend sending your enquiry at least 24 hours in advance so our team is ready to process your request as soon as the window opens.
For an accurate booking, we need the full names of all passengers (as per their ID cards), their ages, and gender. If you are traveling with senior citizens or children, please let us know so we can check for applicable lower-berth preferences or concessions.
After we confirm seat availability and you approve the fare, you can pay via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash at our office. Once payment is received, we will book your e-ticket and send it to you instantly via WhatsApp or Email. You can simply show this digital ticket on your phone to the TTE during your journey.
